Structural features
The outer rotor air conditioning fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing and outer rotor motor. The impeller is made of dozens of forward curved blades, wheel cover and middle disc riveted together. All parts are made of stamping dies. The size and profile are accurate and reliable, the air performance is good, and the dynamic and static balance correction is made. The operation is stable and the noise is low. The casing is made of special equipment bite and hemming, which is durable and beautiful. The motor adopts outer rotor type, built-in casing and directly connected to the impeller, with compact structure.
Application scenarios
Centrifugal ventilators are widely used in various air conditioners, purification, fresh air systems, air curtains, heating and cooling fans, etc. They can also be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises and public places. The medium it conveys is air and other non-spontaneous gases that are harmless to the human body. Particulate matter is not allowed in the gas, and the dust content is not more than 150mg/m³.
Performance parameters
The air volume range of the Centrifugal ventilator is 1000-30000m³/h, and the maximum full pressure can reach 860Pa. There are more than 40 machine numbers, such as 200S, 200L, 250S, 250M, 280M, 355M, 450L, etc. The protection level is IP44, the insulation level is F, the working system is S1 continuous working system, and the bearing is a maintenance-free ball bearing. The ambient temperature range is -30~40℃, and the outlet installation angle can be 0°, 90°, 180°, left-handed and right-handed for customers to choose and adjust at will.
