The direct-drive EC motor eliminates the need for intermediate transition media such as belts and pulleys. The motor directly drives the fan, improving the overall efficiency of the fan.
The efficiency of the EC motor is as high as over 90%, and the impeller is 75%. The direct drive has no transmission link, and the overall optimization and adjustment efficiency allows the motor and impeller to reach the high-efficiency area at the same time. The overall efficiency can reach up to 90% x 75% = 67.5%.
Compared with traditional AC fans, it can achieve energy savings of 10% to 45%.

3. Confirm the fan’s usage environment, electrical environment, etc.
4. Based on points 1, 2, and 3, preliminarily filter the suitable standard product specifications.
5. Confirm control methods, installation methods, etc.
6. Confirm accessories, wiring, connectors, etc.
7. Confirm certification requirements.
8. Based on points 5, 6, and 7, verify whether the filtered products meet the requirements.
9. If the products are confirmed feasible after point 8, place an order directly with the sales manager. Otherwise, discuss corresponding requirements with the sales manager, establish a development plan, and proceed with modification and customization after cooperation is established.
